Here is an overview of the general process from request to delivery.

Initial Inquiry

Please contact me through the “Contact” page on this site.
Even if you just have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to assist!

2.

Quotation

After reviewing the details of your request, I will respond promptly. If you require a formal quotation, I can prepare one for you.
Once we align on the budget and delivery schedule, and there are no issues, the order will be finalized.
Rest assured, no cancellation fees will apply at this stage, so feel free to proceed with confidence.

3.

Consultation

I will talk through the details of your request to understand your vision.
If you’re unsure about the specifics, I can provide suggestions to help clarify your ideas.
While email is the primary method of communication, I can also arrange a meeting via Skype or other platforms if preferred. Please don’t hesitate to let me know!

4.

Rough Sketch and Review

To share a clear vision of the final illustration, I will first create a rough sketch.
Please review it and share any feedback or requests for adjustments.
Major changes to the composition after moving to the finalization and coloring stages may incur additional fees, so kindly let me know about any revisions at this point.

5.

Payment

Payment is generally required at this stage, though post-payment options are available for corporate clients.
Corporate clients can pay via PayPal or bank transfer (Japan Post Bank), while individual clients are kindly requested to make payments through Booth.

6.

Finalization and Coloring and Review

Based on the approved rough sketch, I will proceed with finalizing and coloring the illustration.
Once completed, I will send you a sample for review. If you have any requests for color adjustments or minor tweaks, please let me know.
Up to two rounds of color adjustments or minor changes are included at no extra cost. For the third and subsequent revisions, additional fees may apply depending on the scope of the changes.

7.

Delivery

The finalized data will be sent to you via email. If you prefer, delivery via services such as Gigafile is also available.
Should you require a method other than email, please feel free to discuss it with me.
For corporate clients, an invoice will be issued upon completion of the delivery. The transaction will be considered complete once payment has been confirmed.
Please note that all applicable fees related to payment are the responsibility of the client. Thank you for your understanding.

Terms and Conditions

  • The copyright of the commissioned work belongs to 73cat.
  • Usage of the work is limited to the scope agreed upon at the time of the request. For secondary use or significant modifications, please contact me in advance.
    Reselling, redistribution, claiming the work as your own, or using it for AI training purposes is strictly prohibited.
  • Please refrain from sharing unfinished work, such as rough sketches or line art, publicly.
  • Usage for illegal activities, as well as content involving violence, discrimination, sexual themes, or any anti-social purposes, is strictly prohibited.
  • I am not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the commissioned work.
  • If the project is canceled mid-production, a fee of 70%–80% of the total amount will be charged based on the progress made.
  • The delivery timeline includes time for revisions and addressing client requests.
  • Commissioned works may be showcased as part of my portfolio on my website or social media.
    If you prefer not to have the work published, please inform me at the time of your request.
